Payments

– 60% Advance Payment with Order + 40% Before Shipment
– 100% Advance Payment with Order
– Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C)

Bank/Trade References from new clients are required with the first order.

– Any volume or size order is acceptable.
– Mix items orders are also possible.
– Any name, brand, logo, or special print in any color can be printed, embossed, or embroidered.
– Available in all sizes for youth and adults.
– Logos/names can be printed on cartons at cost.
– All weights, lengths, and specifications are approximate until shipment is complete.
– Detailed shipping instructions and port of destination are required with the order.
– Standard packing includes plastic-taped cartons covered with polypropylene.

Delivery

All standard in-stock items are shipped immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation. Custom-made orders require additional time based on volume and size. For rush deliveries, we use DHL courier service via Dubai, which takes 3 working days for Europe, the United Kingdom, and Middle East destinations, and 4 days for the USA, Canada, and Australia. Direct DHL services are also available with delivery within 72 hours to all destinations.

For wholesale buyers purchasing in bulk, goods are shipped via cargo services. We recommend placing bulk orders at least one month in advance to benefit from nominal freight charges for sea delivery, which takes approximately 30 days to most destinations.

Price List

We offer prices based on C/F (cost and freight) and FOB (freight on buyer). As we produce a wide range of products, we request customers to specify their product interests when asking for a price list. A complete price list can be provided upon request.

Warranty

We guarantee all products made in our factory and will replace any items with defects in craftsmanship or materials. Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt in their original packaging and condition for replacement. However, we cannot replace, exchange, or refund custom-made orders with incorrect details provided by clients, such as misspellings or incorrect measurements.

 Samples

Samples are available against payment of the sample cost and courier charges in advance via Western Union. To ensure safe delivery, samples will only be sent via courier.
